If your recommendation goes on to take office space with us and join our community, then you’ll qualify for the £500 reward.

On moving into their fantastic new office, you will receive your £500 reward – we’ll also have a nice move in gift waiting for our new tenant.

How do I collect my referral reward?

Once your referral signs a contract and moves in, we’ll be in touch with you to send you over your £500 reward.

Can I refer multiple people?

Yes, if you know multiple people or companies looking for office space, then you can make as many separate referrals as you like.

Does the person or company I refer receive any reward?

Absolutely, we think it’s only fair that they also receive a little something when they move into their new office.

Is there a length of time my referral needs to sign-up for?

The minimum term that someone would need to take space with us in order to receive the referral reward is three months.

What if you have heard from them before?

In order to qualify for the referral reward, the referred client must not have been introduced to us from another third party or been in contact with us directly in the last six months.
